Job Description
The Diploma Trainee Engineer position is open to 2022 pass-outs and 2023 appearing (final semester) candidates. The selected candidates will work on wind turbine towers and should be physically fit with no medical history. They must have the physical endurance to climb 90-100 meter tall wind turbine towers.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the position, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Only 2022 pass-outs and 2023 appearing (final semester) candidates are eligible.
Fresher (without any experience)
Academic Grades: First class (55%) in 10th, first class (55%) in Diploma (aggregate %) with no pending backlog
Physical Fitness: Physically fit with no medical history and having physical endurance to climb 90-100 meter tall wind turbine towers.
Selection Process
The selection process for the Diploma Trainee Engineer position consists of a Technical test (written multiple-choice test) followed by a Personal Interview round that includes Technical and HR interviews.
