We are actively seeking talented professionals to join our Plant Maintenance Team at Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 10 to 13 years of experience (Diploma) and 7 to 10 years of experience (B.E./B.Tech) to significantly shape your career!
Available Roles:
• CNC Department: Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics
Expertise in CNC machine (Especially - Fanuc, Makino, Jyoti, LMW, BFW, Brothers)
• Hands-on experience in SPM machines is mandatory
Hands-on experience in precision manufacturing industry
Hands-on experience in geometrical accuracy test, handling spindles, ball screw, servo motors
Ability to align machine axes, machine levelling, correct backlash and vibration issues
PLC: Electrical/Mechatronics
• PLC Programming (Instruction List Programming, Functional Block Diagram Methods of PLC Programming)
Specific Hardware knowledge
• PLC Programming: Ladder Logic method of PLC Programming is mandatory
• Robotics: Electrical/Mechatronics
Able to apply knowledge of Matlab Robotics, Toolbox and simulink
Has hands-on expertise is ROS (Robot operating system) framework
Can train and support Robotics Engineers to maintain/develop integrated mechanical and electrical systems
Expertise in handling robots such as Epson, Omron, Fanuc, ABB etc.
Expert in Robot position teaching/calibration

• Vision: Mechatronics/Electrical
• Configuration of vision camera with application software and calibration of the camera for application
Understand the specification, implementation and integration of camera (software) with the machines
Troubleshooting of vision system, Light controller, and vision system logic (programming knowledge)
Analyze production feedback to develop insights and robust mechanism for a reliable solution during breakdowns
Knowledge on Vision systems(Congnex, Keyence & OPT) is mandatory
• Has interest on new vision technologies and latest trends pertaining to vision
• SCADA: Electrical/Mechatronics
• SCADA Programming
Specific Hardware knowledge
• SCADA Programming: Logic modification, program customization on need basis
• GLUE: Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics
Understanding off glueing machines, glue temperature variation, viscosities, cure timing
Application of nozzle & precise calibration technique
Understanding on glue flow, pressure etc
Hands-on experience in dealing with sensors, limit switches & other accessories of glue
machine which may affect operation
• LASER: Electrical/Mechatronics
• Expertise in Laser beam alignment, laser path correction, calibration.
Understanding of Laser sources, lenses, mirrors, beam delivery system
Knowledge of focal length adjustment, cleaning
Hands-on experience in handling CO2 Lasers, fibre lasers, diode laser and solid state lasers
