Experience: 10 to 15 Years
Job Description:
Ensure smooth and safe operation of the plant by coordinating with plant managers/ engineers.
Evaluate and finalize P&IDs
Timely finalization of process equipment's in coordination with engineering departments.
Smooth commissioning of equipment's.
Prepare and implement the SOPs of various processes.
Timely and smooth start-up of the plant.
Should look after the daily activities of the plant in coordination with different service engineering departments.
Ensure optimum plant capacity utilization.
Critically review and analyze reasons for various Plant performance.
Check critical parameters of the operations & report non-conformance.
Ensure best practices are adhered to w.r.t to safety.
Support plant teams to attend emergencies.
Support process engineering team on innovation curve & improvement
initiatives.
Critical decision making during 2nd and 3rd shift.
Identify and evaluate the energy conservation schemes to reduce cost
optimum Energy Consumption with proper operation of plant.
Monitor the progress of projects and de-bottlenecking the critical areas.
Troubleshooting support for uninterrupted production.
Work permit issuance for critical maintenance work during shift hours
