Technical Service Engineer
Location: Multiple Locations Across India
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) OR B.Sc
(Chemistry)
Experience:
3-10 years of experience in technical support and sales in the Building Material industry.
This position is responsible for providing technical services to end-users & conducting product promotion/demand generation activities in the assigned territory.
This position also involves knowledge sharing/engagement activities with the influencers like contractors & engineers for increasing the brand recommendation & implementation of influencer engagement programs.
Having sound technical knowledge of products like Construction Chemicals, Tile Adhesives, Wall Putty, GGBS, Fly Ash, Cool Wall Blocks, Roof Bitumen, Gypsum, Paint, AAC Block, Waterproofing, Block Jointing Mortar, RMC, White Cement

Key Deliverables
Providing regular input to the Regional Technical Service Manager or Reporting Manager.
Providing Customer Service to end-customers in the designated area.
Tracking and reporting quality of company products through on- site tests and market sampling.
Collecting independent feedback from end-customers about selling process (Price, Service Levels, Quality, etc.) and report the same to the Regional Technical Service Manager or Reporting Manager.
Manage relationship with Key Dealers/Retailers/Accounts and Key Influencers
