2. Steel/Shuttering Foreman-E&C:- Diploma / ITI with min. 7 to 20 years of relevant experience in any kind of building work
3. Supervisor-E&C:-SSC pass with min. 5 to 20 years of experience in RCC Work/Finishing Work in any kind of building work
QS & Billing
1. Asst. Manager/Sr. Engineer/Engineer-QS & Billing/BBS:-B.E./Diploma (Civil) with min. 5 to 15 years of experience in QS & Billing/BBS for any kind of building work
Planning
1. Asst. Manager/Sr. Engineer / Engineer Planning: B.E. (Civil) + PGP (NICMAR) with min. 5 to 15 years of experience in Planning for any kind of building work
QA/QC
1. Manager/Senior Engineer/Engineer-QA/QC: BE or Diploma (Civil) with min. 5 to 15 years of experience in QA/QC for any kind of building work
2. Lab Technician-QA/QC: - Min. 4 years of relevant experience in any kind of building wark
HSE
1. Assistant Manager/Officer-HSE:- Graduate/Post Graduate with ADIS or PDIS with min 8+ years of experience in any kind of building work
2. Supervisor-HSE: Graduate / Under Graduate with min. 5 years of experience in safety supervising with any kind of building work
Plant & Machinery
1. Manager/Sr. Engineer - Plant & Machinery: - BE/ Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) with min. 5 to 20 years of relevant experience in building work as well as batching plant
2. Foreman Plant & Machinery-ITI/Experienced with minimum 8 years of experience in identifying
and rectifying the breakdown. Candidate should possess sound knowledge of repairing of Tower crane, passenger hoist, concrete pump, boom placer, BBM &BCM
3. Electricians/Tower Crane Operators/Signalmen-With minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
