Responsibilities
Lead the maintenance and engineering function to ensure a high-performance maintenance program.
✔ Planning & development of SOPS, SMPS, PM,AO & CBM activities to ensure reliability of equipment.
✔ Identification of CAPEX requirements and ensure execution as per planned targets.
✔Review and implement action plan for improvement in VSAP and AO scores (Sustainability and Asset Optimization Frameworks) implement training to enhance the employee growth and continued job performance improvement.
Education Qualification
✓ B.Tech/B.E Mechanical Engineering 12-15 Years of experience in Mechanized Bulk Material Handling
