Project Manager - Electrical (Job Code - LNT/PM-E/1380387)
Qualification: Β.Ε./B.Tech./Μ.Ε./M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering, 12 to 18 years in EPC Project, hands-on knowledge in Solar Industry is preferable.
Manage the overall scope of solar PV projects from inception through commissioning and close-out. To ensure timely completion within budget while maintaining EHS and quality standard.
Site QA/QC - Civil or Electrical (Job Code - Civil: LNT/S-C/1380486/Electrical: LNT/S-E/1380494)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Electrical /Civil Engineering, 4 to 9 years in Solar Industry is preferable.
Conducting site quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Performing quality tests and inspections on construction activities, such as concrete work, structural elements, etc.
Supply Chain Manager (Job Code - LNT/SCM/1380554)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Electrical
or Mechanical Engineering, 8 to 14 years in Solar Industry Monitoring and coordinating the order finalization for the project.
Commercial evaluation of offers: meeting required delivery schedules, quality, budgetary provisions and client specification. Negotiations for Price as well as terms and conditions.
Safety Engineer (Job Code - LNT/SE/1380580)
Qualification: B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, 4 to 9 years in Solar Industry
EHS Engineer assist the staff regarding safety operations and further in the implementation of Environment, Health and Safety measures within the Project. Facilitate establishing EHS requirements at workplace within the site & Inspect the quality of PPEs and safety gadgets.
Supplier Quality Engineer (Job Code - LNT/SQ-E/1380509)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, 5 to 9 years in Solar Industry is preferable.
Knowledge and experience in preparation of MQAPS, ITPS, Inspection Checklist, Review of Material Submittal, Method Statement/ SOPs, related materials being supplied to the site
Construction Manager -
Civil / Electrical
(Job Code - Civil: LNT/SI-C/1380441/Electrical: LNT/SI-E/1380415)
Qualification: B.Ε./B.Tech. - 8 to 10 years Diploma 12 to 15 years in EPC Project, hands-on knowledge in Solar Industry is preferable.
Will be responsible for the execution and monitoring of all construction activities related to the assigned section of the Solar project under the EPC and ensure it is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Planning Engineer (Job Code - LNT/PE/1380572)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, 4 to 9 years in Solar Industry
Developed baseline project schedules, material delivery schedule, manpower histograms and progress s-curves for Complex projects by meeting strict deadlines.
Admin Manager

Qualification: Any Graduation, 8 to 15 years in Construction or Solar Industry
Ensure harmonious relations between management & workers across locations. Supervising and attending, all related Statutory compliances cases at Project locations. Liaison with various stakeholders including Government authorities and local people.
Stores Manager (Job Code - LNT/SM/1400493)
Qualification: Any Graduate (any discipline) Diploma in Material Management is preferred
Responsible for receipt issues and proper upkeep of materials in large volume projects with past experience in construction industry.
Accounts Manager (Job Code - LNT/AM/1400501)
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Accounts discipline/CMA/M.Com.
Will be responsible for project accounting and cost management within approved parameteres.
