Qualification
Candidates should possess 10th (Science/ Maths), ITI (Relevant Trade).
माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद, उत्तर प्रदेश से हाई स्कूल (कक्षा 10वीं) परीक्षा पास होनी चाहिए.
इसके अलावा NCVT/SCVT से मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से इलेक्ट्रिकल या इलेक्ट्रीशियन ट्रेड में आईटीआईटी सर्टिफिकेट होना चाहिए.
Selection Process
The Selection procedure will be done on the basis of a Computer Based Test (CBT).
The UPPCL Technician CBT consists of two parts i.e. Part I( Computer Knowledge) and Part-II.
Candidates securing qualifying marks in the CBT examination will be shortlisted for the merit list.

Step 6: The candidate then need to pay the required fee (if applicable)

The UPPCL Technician Exam Pattern is given
UPPCL Technician Exam consists of 2 Parts - Part 1 & Part 2
Part 1 will test the basic Computer Knowledge Of Candidate
Part 1 will comprise of 50 questions for 50 marks
Part 2 will have 4 sections - General Hindi, General English, Technical Knowledge & Reasoning
Part 2 will have 200 questions for 200 marks
There is a negative marking of 1/4th of total marks for each wrong answer.
