Dana TM4 is currently recruiting candidates for various positions at their electric vehicle plant located in Chakan. The positions require candidates to hold a diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics and must have passout within the past four years (2019-2022).
Moreover, candidates must be willing to work in a rotational shift pattern that involves three different shifts. This implies that candidates will be required to work during various hours of the day, and the schedule will alternate periodically.

1. Freshers under NAPS for 2 years
2. 1-2 years experienced candidates as Company Trainee
3. 2-3 years experienced candidates on Contract basis
