We are seeking a Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - PPC with 8–10 years of experience in Steel industry.
Candidates with a B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Maintenance Engineering are encouraged to apply.
Qualification – B.E. / Diploma – Mechanical or Production engineering.
Experience – 8 to 10 Years.
Basic Skill / KRA / Exposer – Seamless Pipe / Hot Rolling / Steel / metal / Pipe industries.
1 ) Production / Campaign Planning for integrated plant.
2 ) Scheduling / rescheduling for effective utilization of Plant and overall production.
3 ) Daily interaction with Production / Quality / support function for input.
4 ) Raw material planning / consumables planning.
5 ) Monitoring Monthly Production Rate/ MIS / mitigation plan .
6 ) Capital repair and shutdown planning and co-ordination with other plant for execution.
7 ) Control inventory at process.
8 ) Annual Die and Mold planning
9 ) Daily breakdown reporting for machine availability.
10 ) MS OFFICE / Skill for Data analysis / SAP working Expose.
