PLANNING ENGINEER
(BE/B Tech-Civil or Mechanical)
Responsibilities: Construction planning, Scheduling, Billing & quantity survey. Proficient in project planning tools like primavera/ MS Project. Strong Communication, Coordination & analytical skills.
CONTRACTS MANAGER
(BE/B Tech)
Responsibilities: Work with the project team on the Cost and Contractual issues for the main Contract and Subcontracts.
Manage and prepare all Contract documentation and schedules.
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
(BE/B Tech-Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/1&C)
Responsibilities: Manage Construction activities, Oversee concreting & reinforcement, handle fabrication and erection of steel structures. Prepare bar bending schedule, supervise overall activities & manage material requirements. Oversee Design Installation & maintenance of electrical systems ensure compliance with safety regulations for successful project completion.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
(BE/B Tech-Civil/Mechanical)
Responsibilities: To overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, monitoring progress, managing budgets and timelines, with quality and safety standards are met.
MEP ENGINEER
(BE/B Tech-Mechanical)
Responsibilities: Coordinate & execute the MEP works on site, based on the requirements in accordance with the planning schedule. Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards are met for successful project completion.
QA/QC ENGINEER
(BE/B Tech-Civil)
Responsibilities: Develop & implement quality plans, inspect incoming materials & conduct internal audits.
HVAC & CLEAN ROOM ENGINEER
(B.E/B.Tech-Mechanical)
Responsibilities: Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and clean room components (e.g., HEPA filters, AHUS). Manage contractors and ensure adherence to project schedules. Perform pressure tests, airflow balancing, and filter leak tests. Validate clean room performance through particulate and airflow testing.
PEB ENGINEER
(B.E/B. Tech-Civil/Mechanical)
Responsibilities: Oversee the assembly of structural components and alignment. Monitor installation of PEB and enforce safety protocols for working at heights, crane operations, and heavy equipment usage. Adhere to construction schedules, ensuring timely project delivery & final project
handover. Mitigate delays by addressing on-site challenges proactively.
SAFETY ENGINEER
(BE/B Tech-Civil/Mechanical/Electrical with Diploma in Industrial Safety/ NEBOSH)
Responsibilities: Implement EHS management systems, ensure safety compliance on largescale building & Plant & factories construction projects.
